Choosing the Right Ensemble for Your Event
The character of live music changes with every room, every garden, every gathering. The right ensemble depends on your venue, the size of your guest list, and the atmosphere you want to create. Each configuration brings its own energy — from the quiet intimacy of a single guitar to the rhythmic warmth of a full trio.

Explore Trio PazWhich Ensemble Should I Choose?
| Event Phase | Recommended | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Ceremony | Solo or Duo | A single guitar or duo provides the focused, elegant sound that complements vows and readings without competing for attention. |
| Cocktail Hour | Any configuration | Solo guitar for an intimate feel; duo for texture; trio if you want guests moving and energized from the start. |
| Reception / Dinner | Duo or Trio | The added instruments carry across larger rooms and open-air spaces, creating a lively backdrop for conversation and celebration. |
| Corporate Event | Solo or Trio | Solo guitar works beautifully as sophisticated background; the trio delivers featured entertainment that commands a room. |
| Multiple Phases | Mix & match | Many clients book different configurations for different parts of the day — solo guitar for the ceremony, then the full trio for the reception. |
Want a Fuller Sound?
For clients who want more presence, we expand beyond the trio. A quartet or quintet might add bass, vocals, saxophone, flute, clarinet, or chromatic harmonica — depending on the atmosphere you're after. These larger configurations are ideal for grand receptions, festivals, and events where the music is a featured element of the evening.
Looking for Something More Dramatic?
Beyond our standard ensembles, we also produce full flamenco shows featuring professional dancers, palmas (handclapping), and cante (singing). These immersive performances transform an event into a theatrical experience — ideal for galas, milestone celebrations, and wine country festivals.
